FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is a “Shadow Day”? How can I participate?
Each GRACE middle school has a scheduled Group Shadow Day, which is your opportunity to spend the day at NDA. Each student will be paired with an NDA student, attend classes with this student, meet his/her friends, and have lunch with him/her. It's a great opportunity to observe our school family in action and experience first-hand what life at NDA is like. Permission slips will go home with each student approximately two weeks prior to the shadow day. Students attending a public or non-GRACE school may contact Beth Smith at (920) 429-6115 or admissions@notredameacademy.com to arrange an individual visit.

When is the Open House?
In November of each year, we host an open house where we share information about our curriculum, athletics, extracurricular activities, and the School Voucher/Tuition Grant Program. Tours of our school will also be provided. Open House 2017 is currently TBD.

When is the “Application For Admission” due?
We recommend that the Application for Admission is received prior to Registration Day on January 28, 2017. However, NDA has a rolling admission application process which means there is no deadline to apply for the upcoming school year. Applications are accepted beginning November 1 for the upcoming year, and are reviewed as they are received. Once we receive all of the required application materials, students will be notified by mail of their admission status within two weeks.

Is financial aid available?
NDA is able to offer financial assistance to families who qualify through our Tuition Grant Program. All registered incoming and current NDA families may apply. Applications are due to the Business Office by April 15, 2017. Families will be notified by mail in early June 2017. Only students who have completed the registration process at NDA can be considered for financial assistance.
