CAR WASH

Parents of Sophomore, Junior and Senior Athletes,

All athletes were given their car wash tickets today during their lunch period. Tickets should be sold for $13.00 which amounts to savings of $ 2.81 for all vehicles and $ 3.81 on trucks etc., compared to purchasing the package directly at PDQ. The tickets will have an expiration date of December 31, 2012 and can be used for cars, trucks or vans.

We need all families of athletes to sell their 20 tickets before January 20, 2012.   The tickets are the same as cash. If the tickets are lost or the unsold tickets are not returned by January 21st the families must pay for them. We can’t take any tickets back after the 20th. This is the date that we must fulfill our obligation with PDQ by paying for all of the tickets. Therefore, each family will initially be responsible for $260.00 in either cash or tickets.

Students were asked to bring them home tonight so please check with your child to make sure they were brought home.

Dear Parents of Freshmen Athletes,

New in 2011-12 will be the Express Car Wash passes which go in the windshield of a person’s car. Each pass given to the freshman will be good for 5 car washes and will sell for $ 45.00 per pass. When a pass is sold families to turn the top half of the form and the funds for that pass to the Business Office.

Enclosed with this letter is a set of four (4) Car Wash Passes and the appropriate paperwork that must be filled out to validate the pass. We need all freshman families of athletes to sell their 4 passes before January 20, 2012.   The passes are the same as cash. If the passes are lost or if the unsold passes are not returned by January 21st the families must pay for them. We can’t take any passes back after the 20th. This is the date that we must fulfill our obligation with PDQ by paying for all of the passes and tickets. Therefore, each freshman family will initially be responsible for $180.00 in either cash or passes.

Students were asked to bring them home tonight so please check with your child to make sure they were brought home.
