NOTRE DAME ACADEMY FOUNDATION, INC.

The Notre Dame de la Baie Academy Foundation, Inc. is a registered corporation in the State of Wisconsin and qualifies as an exempt organization under 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  The sole purpose of the Foundation is to provide financial support to NDA in the development of its academic, athletic, religious, civic and cultural excellence.

The Foundation was established in 1990 and has grown through the generous gifts of individuals, families, corporations, alumni and friends.  A Board of Directors (9) manage and provide professional advice for the investment of the funds.  The corpus of the Foundation is invested in the St. Francis Xavier Corporation, an investment fund of the Catholic Diocese of Green Bay.  The activities of the Foundation are audited on an annual basis.

Separate Funds which comprise the Foundation include scholarship funds, a General Operations Fund, a Hockey Fund, a fund for NDA’s International Baccalaureate Program, a Salary Endowment Fund, a Professional Development Fund and a Fund for Student Activities & Athletics. 

Gifts of cash or stock can be added to any of the designated funds in support of Notre Dame’s students and staff.  Information or questions regarding the Notre Dame Academy Foundation can be directed to:
