Mrs. Carolyn Brown, a veteran English teacher of 26 years at NDA and 16 years in public schools, appreciates teaching where she can share her faith in the classroom.  “My journey from Texas to North Carolina to Kansas to Chicago to here gives me a lot of stories and life lessons that I enjoy sharing with my students,” said the IB English teacher who also teaches Freshman Honors English and Journalism/Creative Writing.
