Fr. Kyle Sladek Celebrates First All-School Mass at NDA

On September 4, 2018, Notre Dame Academy students and staff celebrated its first all-school Mass of the 2018-19 school year. The school celebrated Saint Mother Teresa of Calcutta and the birth of Mary.

In addition, Fr. Kyle Sladek, NDA 2009, presided at the Mass. Sladek was ordained a priest in July.

The celebration of the restoration of Fr. Gordon Gilsdorf's chalice was also celebrated at this Mass. Fr. Gilsdorf taught at NDA and St. Joseph Academy for many years and celebrated morning Mass each day with our community. His sister, Sr. Marita, kindly donated his refinished chalice to be used at NDA Masses from here on out.

The NDA community is invited to all-school Masses throughout the year. View the NDA school calendar here.
