How does this affect you?
- All visitors that arrive between 6:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. must register at the atrium entrance and provide a driver's license or state issued photo ID.
- The VMS will scan the driver's license/ID. If the visitor does not have an ID, then he/she will need to enter their name and date of birth.
- All visitors must have their photo taken by the VMS.
- The atrium receptionist will present the visitor with the visitor badge that must be worn at all times throughout the building.
- All visitors must provide the atrium receptionist with vehicle information (make, model, color) when they arrive to use the VMS.
- All visitors must check out at the atrium receptionist desk and return their badge/scan out through the VMS.
- If a visitor leaves after 3:30 p.m., the visitor will not need to scan out through the VMS.
