Four members of the Notre Dame Academy boys tennis team will be competing at the WIAA Division 1 individual state tournament this year.
The doubles team consisting of seniors JV Steckart and Tommy Zakowski is seeded No. 3 and will receive a bye into the quarterfinals on June 18. Steckart and Zakowski are 16-0 this season and each won singles matches at state in 2019.
Meanwhile, junior Alan Schneider and freshman Matt Gugluizza advanced to state in the singles bracket. Schneider and Gugluizza both have their first-round matches on June 17.
The D1 state tournament will take place at Eau Claire Memorial High School June 17-19.
