It is extremely important students and parents/guardians attend Schedule & Book Pick-Up at their assigned time to help expedite the pick-up process for everyone. Below is the schedule based on the first letter of a student's last name. Because of the large number of people that visit during these days we are requiring masks to be worn regardless of vaccination status. This includes parents, grandparents, friends, students, etc.

Student fees, including outstanding fees from 2020-21, and tuition must be paid prior to receiving an ID and textbooks.

Magnus Health
- Annual Forms
The annual forms for all parents/guardians to complete for students to return to school are available in Magnus. These forms need to be completed by Aug. 11 (prior to Book Pick-Up).
- For New Families
Notre Dame Academy partners with Magnus Health to provide a simple, safe, and secure way for us to collect and manage your student’s health and medical information and to collect forms, such as our field trip permission slips and medical forms. NDA chose this software due to its security, comprehensive nature and ease of use for our families.
You can access Magnus Health through your own PowerSchool parent account. After logging into your PowerSchool parent account, there will be a link to Magnus Health in the left side column or the "Applications" tab in the upper right corner. You will also need to download the app onto a smart device. All families will have to complete the requirements by Aug. 11. View instructions to download Magnus.
- App
Parents, you can access your student's Magnus account via the Magnus Health app. Login to your PowerSchool parent account and click on the Magnus Health link. Hover over your name within Magnus (top left of screen), and choose “Change Credentials." Create your new username and password. Download the Magnus Health V2 app from your app store. You can sign and upload documents from the app as well as complete all necessary requirements.
- Assistance
All Magnus forms must be completed and parents/guardians must have their Magnus app login information prior to arriving for Schedule & Book Pick-Up. If you need assistance, please contact Joey Rickards at jrickards@notredameacademy.com or call (920) 429-6104.
Parking Permits
Students whose names were drawn in the lottery – and who paid the $75 fee – will be able to pick up their parking permit.
Workbooks & Other Materials
Class workbooks, lab ledgers, goggles (required for all science classes except physics), Bibles and locks will be distributed for purchase. NDA faculty and staff will help assist what materials your student needs for classes.
Art Kits
If your student is taking Art I, Art II, Drawing or Painting there is a $35 fee (per class). IB Visual Art fee is $50.
Band Fee
If your student participates in band there is a $100 band fee.
Yearbook
Pre-order your 2021-22 yearbook! If you ordered a 2020-21 yearbook, you may pick it up.
Konop Lunch Cards
Make a payment on your student's lunch account. Checks should be made out to "Konop."
Busing
Passes will be handed out to those students who applied for busing.
Student Photos and ID
- Photo Guidelines
- Students must be in a shirt with a collar (no tank tops, sweatshirts or t-shirts).
- Boys must be clean shaven.
- Hairstyles must be kept neat, clean and natural in color. Extreme hairstyles are not permitted.
- Boys' hair cannot touch their collar.
- Ordering Photos Online
This year school pictures will be put online for you to view and order. Your student will be given a QR code card at the time of photos to bring home. Please remind your student to bring this card home. This card will have the code you need to order and will also have instructions for ordering pictures on the Ambrosius Studios website.
Images will be available online to order three days after photos are taken or three days after the last day photos are taken over multiple dates. Each student will have two options to view online and select from.
Please view your student's images with 14 days of picture day to ensure no retake is necessary. If a retake is necessary, this must be indicated online to have a retake done. All retakes must be entered online.
