Enrichment Camps

Curtains Up! Acting and Performance Camp

If you are looking for four days of fun performance, and working on acting skills then look no further! In this summer camp you will learn a variety of skills on stage for all ages through games, skits, scenes and monologues. During the week the Acting and Performance camp will team up with the AV Camp to film scenes and skits and have them professionally edited for an end of the week premier! It is a week of fun you won’t want to miss!

Dates: Monday, June 5 - Thursday, June 8

Time: 8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Grade levels: For students entering 5th-8th grade

Cost: $60.00

Minimum: 15 students

Lights, Camera, Action! Audio/Visual Productions Camp

The A/V Productions camp will take you into the world of audio/visual production! In this four-day summer camp you will be looking at what it takes to put on a newscast, from scripting, video editing and equipment used. Put your talents to work in front of the camera or behind the lens. During the week the AV Camp will team up with the Acting and Performance camp to film scenes and skits and edit them for an end of the week premier!

Art/DIY Camp

Do you like arts and crafts? Is DIY your thing? Join us this summer for Art/DIY Camp. We will spend the week designing, decorating, and making fun projects. Let your imagination take over and come away with some great projects for your home!

Teacher: Ms. Ciera Gerl, NDA Art Appreciation Teacher

Dates: Monday, June 5-Thursday, June 8

Time: 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Grade levels: For students entering 5th-8th grade

Cost: $70.00 (includes a $10.00 supply fee)

Minimum: 10 students

Maximum: 20 students

Science Camp

Join us for a week of science experiments and fun. Dive deep into the world around you and learn about how we use science in our everyday lives. Gain experience running experiments in the lab and enjoy the summer sun as we explore science in the outdoors.

Dates: Monday, June 5-Thursday, June 8

Time: 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Grade levels: For students entering 5th-8th grade

Cost: $ 70.00 (includes a $10.00 supply fee)

Minimum: 15 students

Maximum: 22 students

* Students may register for more than one Enrichment Camp. Lunch will be supervised, but not provided. Activities will be offered during lunch.

Softball

Girls varsity head coach Scott Hermes, assistant coach Mark Hermes, assistant pitching coach Katie Buchalski and student-athletes. Also, welcoming Kayla Konwent, current UW Badger softball player to the Wednesday camp. In 2019 Unanimous 1st team All American, Big 10 player of the year and Academic All Big 10. In 2022 All Big 10 1st team, All Region 1st team and Academic All Big 10. All-time homerun leader at UW Madison

Time: 3rd-6th grade: 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 7th-9th grade: 12:00 p.m. - 2:00p.m.
