Tritonfest
Tritonfest, Give for Good, is attended by over 400 parents, alumni, faculty and community leaders. The festivities will feature dinner, live and silent auctions, raffles and time for reconnecting among our many supporters.
The funds raised are critical as they help to bridge the gap between tuition charged and the actual cost of educating a student, support new programs like the IB Careers Program and the Aquinas Learning Program, and provide additional tuition assistance to more than 50% of our students. Spring Appeal
Gifts to the Spring Appeal benefit every facet of the school day: faith life, curriculum and building enhancements, student activities, athletics, service opportunities, tuition, technology, and faculty/staff development.
Rarely does tuition at a private school cover the entire cost of educating a student, and NDA is no exception. The average paid tuition is approximately half of the full cost per student, and the Spring Appeal helps to make up the difference.
$11,008 - Actual cost to educate a student
$7,300 - Average Tuition paid
$3,708 - Average Tuition gap
This gap is funded through charitable gifts, which means every donation to the Spring Appeal has a wide-ranging impact. All alumni, families and friends are encouraged to participate in the Spring Appeal at any level. Your gift matters regardless of the amount.

Restricted Giving
Gifts that are restricted or directed in nature are welcomed by the school. Those intending to make restricted gifts are strongly encouraged to consider making a gift to the Annual Fund prior to making any restricted gifts.
Gifts may be directed to specific, approved school programs and projects. If you desire to make a donation for or towards a particular program or project, send the donation to the Advancement Office, clearly indicating what you would like to fund. The donation will be used only for the indicated purpose specified by the donor.

Financial Aid and Scholarships
Donors eager to help today's Tritons experience the benefits of a quality Catholic education at NDA can support Financial Aid and Scholarships. By making a contribution to the General Scholarship Fund, you can make it possible for prospective students to attend NDA through tuition assistance.

Endowments
The NDA Foundation endowment features more than 50 individually named scholarship funds, as well as a general endowed fund. These funds generate interest income in support of student financial aid. Also, endowments that support staff development and other educational programs are available. Named scholarship funds can be created via a single gift of $5,000 or over a period of several years using a variety of creative giving options. Some of those include cash contributions, appreciated securities, or a bequest.

Planned Giving
Making an estate gift to Notre Dame Academy allows donors to create a lasting legacy benefiting Catholic education for decades to come.
Donors can choose to designate the school or the NDA Foundation endowment as a beneficiary of a will or trust, an annuity or life insurance policy, or as the recipient of a retirement account such as a 401(k).
Different types of gift vehicles allow donors to achieve a variety of goals, and NDA is happy to answer any questions, to start the discussion about planned giving, and to learn how such a gift could help donors and their loved ones realize significant financial and tax benefits.

Matching Gifts
If a donor’s employer will match a charitable gift, this is an excellent way for NDA supporters to make an even greater impact with their contributions. There are four easy steps.

Gifts of Stock
Donors can fund an existing NDA Foundation endowment with a gift of stock or to fund a new donation to NDA with a gift of stock.

Triton Golf Classic
The Triton Golf Classic is an annual golf outing and dinner that directly supports Notre Dame Academy’s student-athletes. Funds raised at this event help to purchase uniforms, to rent facilities, to transport students to and from competitions, and more. Taking place in June of each year, parents, alumni, and community members are invited to support our athletic department. Learn more about the Triton Golf Classic.

Phone-A-Thon
NDA Phone-a-Thon is a campaign that is run each year in the fall. Current NDA students contact alumni, parents and friends of NDA with letters and phone calls to ask for donations. This is NDA’s second biggest fundraiser of the year and helps to keep tuition affordable for all NDA students. Please take a moment to talk to our students this fall when they call or donate online here.

Our Lady of the Bay Prayer Garden
This Prayer Garden provides an opportunity for Notre Dame Academy families, staff, alumni and the community, to come together and spend time in prayer and reflection. There are many Mary gardens that exist; each one unique in its design and placement.
This garden is dedicated to Mary, the Mother of God, and contains plants either named after Mary or associated with her. The plantings and the cultivation of Our Lady of the Bay Prayer Garden will foster an environment that will honor Mary, but as always, the purpose of the prayer garden is to lead those who pray to a stronger devotion and commitment to Our Lord Jesus Christ.
How can you help? Any monetary donation is appreciated as it helps with our 3 scheduled times of changing the plantings throughout the year: Spring, Fall and Winter. If you'd like to sponsor the plantings around Mary during one or more of the seasons, please contact Char Dunlap at cdunlap@notredameacademy.com or (920) 429-6110 for information. You always are given a choice of sending a donation to be used for the plantings, or selecting plantings that mean the most to you and purchasing them.
Volunteers to help change the plantings are always appreciated as it keeps our Prayer Garden looking beautiful and welcoming. If you would like to help plant some donated plantings, please contact Char Dunlap at cdunlap@notredameacademy.com or (920) 429-6110.
