As spring approaches, typically more students drive their vehicles to campus. Students may park in our parking lots by permit only. All permits have been sold for the 2021-22 school year. Students who drive to school and do not have a parking permit are required to park on the streets around NDA. Students who do not park legally according to the signs posted usually receive parking tickets from the city of Green Bay. There are limited areas close to NDA for on street parking. Once Maryhill Drive and Locust Street fill up, students will need to find additional parking and walk to school. Students may need to walk several blocks to school when parking on the streets around NDA. All students must be on time for first period at 7:55 am.
Students are asked to respect our neighbors by not obstructing driveways or garbage cans, littering, and ensuring the music they play is not too loud. Students who park south of West Mason Street are encouraged to cross Mason Street using the stoplight at Ridge Road for safety. The Maryhill Drive entrance near the main office (Door #10) is open prior to 7:55 a.m. The Green Bay Parking Division patrols and tickets the streets around NDA.
Students are encouraged to car pool or scout out possible parking locations in advance so they are prepared to park if the areas close to NDA are full. Students may not park in parking lots for area businesses or Franklin Middle School without permission from the business owner. Students should plan to arrive early enough to find proper parking and walk to school. NDA is not liable/responsible for the safety of students or vehicles parked on city streets or tickets received by students who park illegally.
